Help installing some apps

Linux NOOB here. want to use GARUDA but I think i need to start in MINT to get used to the system use, then put that into a distro of choice

how do I install PLEX?,
How do I install QbitTorrent?
can I access my Windows formatted NTFS HDD's..?
